Eating Habits

Our eating habits reflect our bodies. In order to have the right and adequate diet we should eat at least one of the basic six food groups. Well I’ve discussed this already in my blogs what we should eat to maintain a good figure. To maintain a nice figure avoid eating much sugar, starch and fatty foods. If you form the habit of eating sweets, softdrinks, starchy and fried foods you will grow plump. You can also develop sickness and skin allergies.

About elimination of food, It’s very important to move your bowels regularly and including fruihealthts and vegetables in your meal plan will help you so.
