Discipline and Determination

My sister commented that I’m losing weight these days and we know it’s due to our vegetable diet on weekdays. I mix it with walking exercise and water therapy. Now I’m also very keen on taking sweets so to avoid it I only drink coffee once a day which is hard for me at first but now it’s just natural to me. I’m hesitant about taking weight loss pills unless it’s recommended by my doctor because I heard some side effects of apidextra and other diet pills. I prefer having my own healthy diet plan and natural way of losing weight than trying out unknown products. It’s not that hard to lose excess pounds if you’re determined and disciplined. And I think I have those characters.
